哈郑线黄河大跨越段跨越塔组立关键技术

摘要:

在哈密南—郑州±800 kV特高压直流输电线路工程黄河大跨越标段施工中,利用50 t吊车和T2T80型双平臂旋转抱杆对N4跨越塔进行组立,有效地解决了跨越塔因塔腿根开大,横担长且质量大而造成的组塔困难。详细研究了N4跨越塔的组立关键技术,对于特高压直流输电线路工程长横担铁塔吊装具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

50 t hoist and T2T80 double-level rotating holding pole were used to erect the N4 crossing tower in the Yellow River crossing section of Haminan Zhengzhou ±800 kV UHVDC project, which could solve the difficulties of tower erection caused by tower's larger root distance, longer and heavier cross arm. The key technology of the N4 crossing tower erection was studied in detail, which could provide certain reference to the tower erection with long cross arm in UHVDC projects.
